I'm a white girl. I first picked up this product when I was working in West Africa. I assumed it was supposed to be for African hair, but my hair was getting dry and I needed something. It's fabulous, 3 years later, I still order it from Amazon.I have naturally strawberry blonde, medium-thick, wavy, mid-boob-length hair. I spray this from the middle to the ends of my hair immediately after towel drying. It makes my hair MUCH softer and smoother if air dried, and also more manageable and brushable if blow dried.Also, there is no such thing as using too much or too little of this product. Too little and my hair feels soft, and too much and my hair still doesn't feel heavy or greasy.
