I’ve been using this for close to 20 years and it is still my most preferred gel for 2-strand twists. It holds well with just a little. It doesn’t flake and doesn’t make my scalp itch. It has a very light, refreshing scent.

It's not thick and doesn't leave residue that clog up locs. A bit does enough for a hold to twist up new growth well for a neat finished look. The new growth stay looking well for about a week or two until the next wash
