It's great and simple. Retains the old fashioned look and retains most ingredients, yet is updated with new essential oils. Has a sweet lavender scent to it. It's a lot of pomade for the money you spend. Excellent buy. Very buttery texture. It scoops out like nothing. If you have thin, soft hair, like me, you don't need to apply much. This is a good old school product that survived the 50's. Why? Because it works. This and BRYLCREEM.Don't confuse this ROYAL CROWN with the HAIR DRESSING one. HAIR DRESSING IS GARBAGE. It's just glorified petroleum jelly. This ROYAL CROWN says POMADE. It's way better and smells infinitely better, too.
