This seems to work pretty well. I use it on myself who has 4c hair. It softens and smoothes it quite a bit, which I appreciate. As others mentioned, I had issues with the pump upon first opening. I spent about 3 to 4 minutes playing with it and got it working right, it just takes patience. Overall, it's a good product, there's nothing really fabulous about it nor anything horrid about it either. It's a decent product and a lot cheaper than their regular conditioner which is why I decided to try it out.
