I have a hard time with sleeping with something on my head but my hairdresser told me I really need to since I'm having dryness and breakage. I got this at the recommendation of the beauty supply worker. I must say it's very comfortable and I didn't have to remove it during the night...I even wore it thru the next a.m. while house cleaning. It has a wide comfortable band that helps hold the edges down. Kind of works like a bonnet and a scarf. I don't think the oil infusion helps but it sure doesn't hurt.
