This is the best moisturizer I've ever used, and I've been natural for 9 years now. Before trying this, I thought my hair was just dry and coarse and would never feel soft. I'm so glad I discovered this! I have extremely dense, low porosity, 3c/4a hair that was hard to keep moisturized for over four days...until now!This and the honey hydrate leave in are the only products that actually penetrate into my hair strands and make my hair SOFT, like pillow soft. I wear my hair in twists for low maintenance and growth retention: I start on soaking wet hair, use the honey hydrate leave in, then the fresh curl, and then (occasionally) the curl maker gel and I have extremely shiny, soft twists that last at least 7 days. My hair is too dense to use this for a "wash and go" on its own, but I can pair it with a heavier gel for that and my hair stays soft. I'm absolutely amazed and I bought two more right away. I hope this never gets discontinued, it is my very first "holy grail".
