I bought the kit as I was detailing some neighbors cars and didn't want to use my "personal car" stash. Here is the good: The wash compound creates good suds and does a good job on the paint, the glass cleaner is really good and leaves the glass streak free, the multi-purpose cleaner is effective as is the protectant with no bitter smell.And now the bad: The wash mitt collects more dirt, pebbles, grime even after a pre-soak using a 2 bucket method with grit guards, the wheel cleaner does a decent job on the tires themselves but you need to use more product for the rims as well as more elbow grease to get them decently cleaned. The tire shine just didn't hold up even after letting it sit for 20+ minutes. the air freshener I did not use but I am sure it would just mask any smells/odors just like febreeze.Overall, it is a decent kit for the car detailing beginner or someone who just wants a basic clean of their car/truck/SUV.
