I've never put synthetic feather extensions in before, and they're slightly itchy for my taste (the ends have no "give" so they wore on me). However, I will say the bright green was FUN and that's an advantage of synthetics for sure (aside from the cheap price)-the color choices are much more vast. They washed/dried/styled just like anything else too.
