I tried this product a couple of years ago and now it's my favorite hair relaxing system! It's truly an excellent product that relaxes quickly. The end result is beautiful, soft, healthy-looking hair with a lovely sheen. The price is reasonable so that's an added bonus. Moreover, it lasts for several months (with regular washing and conditioning) without any issues.

The bottle was have full, you can all the dried up activator all around the top of the bottle from it spilling over is what I'm assuming happened. But I will not be using this product.
